Every Monday morning the Exmouth memory hub is open to anyone caring for someone living with memory loss or dementia. It is a relaxed open door in which you can talk to a health professional or an expert in this field but as important connect with other families/people going through a similar journey.
There is no structure, no need to book, you can turn up anytime between 10am and 11:30am and you can stay for as little or as long as you like. We are here to help. Coffee, biscuits and a cosy atmosphere guaranteed!
