I am writing to you to say a BIG thank you for everything you and your staff have done for my mum Wendy over the last 6 months. The ’Ness Hub’ is such a fantastic place and I know that my mum loves attending very much. The staff you have go above and beyond their duties and welcome all people attending with open arms, making them feel loved & cared for; they are truly a credit to your organisation.
