The Ness Hub Exmouth
The Ness Online Support service provides remote, one-to-one virtual dementia therapy for those living with memory problems and those that care for them. Using software such as Zoom, this specialist digital service has been developed to enable people to access support from the comfort and safety of their own home.
Come along for…
The Ness Hub Exmouth is a dementia day centre – a social, engaging and friendly place for those suffering with memory loss to engage in stimulating activities.
Reminiscence therapy and cognitive therapy running every day to help stimulate and maintain your memory.
A popular, dedicated specialist space to tinker, share a cup of tea and build things.
A Garden to grow vegetables, drink tea, and enjoy the sunshine.
A café for families to meet and get peer support. To talk to professionals and share their burden.
A place for health professionals and professional carers to learn about
dementia and become experts.
Access to specialist nurses and OT to help families navigate the health & social care system.
Daily measurements taken so that families know exactly when there are changes and the best way to manage those changes. A unique opportunity to manage the diagnosis.
The Hub looks after the individual all day allowing the family time off to rest or catch up on jobs.
Open 6 days a week, you can visit the Hub for full or half days. We can also help with transport if required.
The Ness Group maintain our prices very competitively, however we work closely with health & social care and have a contract across Devon that means many can get partial or total funding support from social care.

“I had my doubts about whether Sid would be happy to leave me for a few hours but he really took to the staff at The Ness Dementia Centre and now happily spends the whole day there. This has given me some precious respite.”
