Support & treatment for

Individuals

Our experts support individuals living with dementia, as well as those who are worried about their memory, through structured, clinically-led treatment and support.

Support is delivered through a range of therapies and approaches, tailored to the individual and how their needs change.

Every session is designed with a clear purpose and measured, so support can adapt as those needs evolve.

Step 1

Initial Assessment

We start with an initial assessment, which is a friendly session with one of our specialists where we explore memory, wellbeing and everyday needs.

This helps us build a personalised plan, making sure the therapies and support we recommend are right for you and your family.

Step 2

Create treatment plan

Dementia is a disease, but too often it isn’t treated as one, and families are left without a clear plan. At The Ness, we believe every person deserves structured support.

That’s why we work with you to create a tailored treatment and coaching plan, whether you’re living with dementia, caring for someone, or worried about memory or brain health.

Step 3

Start treatment & measure outcomes

Our therapies focus on helping people maintain their abilities while supporting families day to day.

We use recognised tools to measure progress over time, so you can see the difference and adjust support as needed. Ness is one of the few services to offer this ongoing measurement.
