Initial Consultation
Our first step in supporting you is a relaxed, one-to-one conversation with one of our specialists. It’s your space to talk openly about your supportive role, the challenges you face and what would help you most.
From there, we’ll work with you to agree on the right mix of support, whether that’s advice, respite, or coaching, tailored to your needs as a carer.
Create support plan
Our experienced team will listen, understand your situation and explore tailored ways to help you manage daily life.
Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that supports your wellbeing and makes caring feel more manageable.
Start getting support
Your plan includes tailored sessions and therapies for your loved one, along with access to expert training & peer groups where you can share experiences and support each other.
You’ll also have the option of personal coaching to build your understanding of dementia and feel more confident in your supportive role.
