Initial Assessment
We start with an initial assessment, which is a friendly session with one of our specialists where we explore memory, wellbeing and everyday needs.
This helps us build a personalised plan, making sure the therapies and support we recommend fit you and your family.
Create treatment plan
Dementia is a disease, but too often it isn’t treated as one, and families are left without a clear plan. At Ness, we believe every person deserves structured support.
That’s why we work with you to create a tailored treatment and coaching plan, whether you’re living with dementia, caring for someone, or worried about brain health.
Start treatment & measure outcomes
Our therapies focus on helping people maintain their abilities and giving families the support they need.
We use recognised tools to measure progress over time, so you can see the difference and adjust support as needed. Ness is one of the few services to offer this ongoing measurement.
