How It Works

We start with a friendly conversation to understand your situation, your loved one’s needs, and the kind of support that may be most helpful. From there, we create a personalised plan, which may include flexible day support, shorter Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), Active Minds sessions or full-day support, as well as guidance for families.

As support begins, individuals attend at a level that suits them, from shorter sessions through to half or full-day support, all within a small, supportive group setting.

We also measure progress over time, helping us understand and demonstrate the impact of our support and adapt to each individual’s needs.

This is what makes The Ness different — we don’t simply provide care, we actively support and treat the effects of dementia.
