Yes. The Exmouth Hub supports some people living with Mild Cognitive Impairment, as well as people experiencing memory changes or early-stage dementia.
Our small, structured sessions provide cognitive activity, social connection and routine, helping people remain active, confident and independent. We will arrange an introductory conversation to understand the individual’s needs and decide whether Active Minds or another Exmouth support option would be appropriate.
The Ness does not diagnose Mild Cognitive Impairment or dementia, so new or worsening memory changes should also be discussed with a GP.
